本文用数据统计的形式,表述了近几年我国粗钢产量、废钢消耗量、废钢单耗、电炉钢比的情况,指出存在的问题;分析了制约废钢大量应用的几点影响因素,并以长流程转炉炼钢和短流程电炉(废钢)炼钢为对比对象,进行了两者的成本分析,事实说明,在目前情况下电炉炼钢的成本是高于转炉炼钢的,如果电炉炼钢用于普钢炼钢是不经济的,这也是真正制约废钢炼钢大量使用的原因所在。指明了只有降低电炉的炼钢成本,才是开启废钢的“瓶颈”之路。
This paper presents the situation of crude steel output, scrap consumption, unit consumption of scrap and electric steel ratio in recent years, and points out the existing problems; analyzes some influencing factors that restrict the large-scale application of scrap steel, Long-term converter steelmaking and short-circuit electric steelmaking (scrap) steelmaking are compared with each other, and the cost analysis of both is carried out.
