高校的根本目的是帮助社会各个行业培养有用的人才,所以在高校的正常课程中必不可少的是职业素质课程。但是职业素质课因为其课程本身的所特有的性质及与学生日后步入社会密切相关联,所以在教学方法的选择上一直未能找到最合理的模式。而企业管理培训能够为企业自身培训出更加符合实际要求的人才,特别是“6S”管理模式,能够为企业培养人才,因此本研究尝试将企业6S管理培训模式应用到高校职业素质课程中,希望所得结果能够为相关领域提供可行的参考。
The fundamental purpose of colleges and universities is to help all sectors of society to develop useful talents, so in the normal course of higher education is essential vocational quality courses. However, because of the unique nature of the curriculum itself and its close relationship with students’ future social progress, the vocational quality curriculum has not been able to find the most reasonable model for the selection of teaching methods. The enterprise management training can train more qualified personnel for the enterprise itself, especially the management mode of “6S ”, which can train the talents for the enterprise. Therefore, this research attempts to apply the 6S management training mode of the enterprise to the vocational quality course of the university , I hope the results can provide a viable reference for related fields.
