在旋转机械中经常发生支承系统故障,一般为轴瓦间隙大和轴承座螺栓紧固不牢,在现场诊断中,常将这两种情况混淆,导致维修决策的失误.为解决此问题,应用转子动力学的概念,分别对这两种情况的故障机理进行理论研究,对故障识别特征进行了总结归纳,并将该结论应用于现场诊断.
In the rotating machinery often occurs in the support system failure, the general bearing pad is large and bearing bolts are not fastened in the field diagnosis, often confusing these two situations, resulting in mistakes in maintenance decisions.
