采用菜油油烟冷凝物(RC)气管灌注SD大鼠,观察RC对肺组织芳香羟化酶(AHH)活性和骨髓微核(MN)率的影响。结果显示:灌注RC各剂量组(225,450,900mg/kg)大鼠肺组织AHH活性和微核(MN)率随RC浓度增加而上升(P<0.05),且呈剂量反应关系,两者的相关系数为0.84。表明RC含有多环芳烃类化合物,并能激活其形成终致癌物的代谢途径
The effects of RC on lung tissue aromatase (AHH) activity and bone marrow micronucleus (MN) rate were investigated by tracheal perfusion of vegetable oil fume condensate (RC). The results showed that the AHH activity and micronucleus (MN) rates of lung tissue in RC groups increased (P <0.05) with the increase of RC concentration in a dose-dependent manner, The correlation coefficient between the two is 0.84. RC contains polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, and can activate its metabolic pathway to form the final carcinogen
