目的 研究急诊综合修复 (EMR)兔后肢非热高压电损伤后局部组织血液流变学的变化情况 ,为临床治疗提供依据。方法 采用EMR方法处理高压电非热因素造成的兔后肢组织损伤 ,6h后分别取实验组和对照组伤肢股静脉血进行血液流变学参数分析 ,进行比较研究。结果 对照组红细胞变形指数 (MTIE)下降 ,红细胞聚集指数 (MAIE)、红细胞刚性指数(IR)、卡松屈服应力 (τC)均升高 ,实验组MAIE、MTIE及IR均可恢复到正常水平而τC持续升高。结论 EMR可有效改善高压电损伤后局部组织血液流变学高黏状态。
Objective To study the changes of local tissue hemorheology after non-thermal high voltage electrical injury in the hind limbs of emergency integrated repair (EMR) rabbits, and provide the basis for clinical treatment. Methods EMR method was used to treat the hindlimb hindlimb injury induced by high voltage non-thermal factors. After 6 hours, the hemorheology parameters of the injured limb were compared between the experimental group and the control group. Results In the control group, MTIE decreased, MAIE, IR, and Ca2 + yield increased. The levels of MAIE, MTIE and IR in experimental group returned to normal τC continued to rise. Conclusion EMR can effectively improve the hemorheology hyperviscosity of the local tissue after high voltage electrical injury.
