十多年以来,36号机座XX型线性旋转变压器,由于尺寸偏小,技术难度大,存在着精度不高的问题,国内微电机厂、所,一直未能解决。据调查某厂生产的该类品种,质量居首,然其精度仍不理想,1级品仅占20％,2级品达80％左右,0级品很少。用户都要0级或1级精度产品,而制造状况远远满足不了用户的需求,同时造成2级品大量积压和经济上的极大损失。我所根据用户急需,于1984年着手专题研究,在1985年8月已正式研制成功。电机总数27台,其中0级品15台,占55.5％;1级品8台,占29.6％;2级品3台,占11％;等外品1台,占3.7％。
