儿童体格发育的评价方法存多种,相关法评价由于可将多项指标结合起来进行儿童体格发育的综合评价,被认为是目前较理想的体格发育评价方法。我们根据当地1987年9月~1939年9月两年间1107例(哈萨克族445例,反族662例)胎龄≥37周新生儿的体格发育凋查资科,以普通相关法在微机上用自编程序制定了包括身长、体重、胸围、臂围四项指标的相关法评价表,可供儿童保健工作者参考。调查对象及方法见前文。因哈萨克族及汉族城、乡新生儿间各项体格发育指标的差别皆无显著性意义,故本文未区分城、乡。身体发育相关法评价表见表1~2。表中(?),(?),(?),A 分别为身长、体重、胸围、臂围的均数;Sx、Sw、Sc、Sa 分别为身长、体重、胸围、臂围的标准差:Swx、Sex、Sax 分别为体重、胸围、臂围回归方
There are many evaluation methods for children’s physical development. Correlation evaluation is regarded as the ideal method of physical development evaluation because it can combine multiple indicators to make a comprehensive evaluation of children’s physical development. We based on the local September 1987 ~ September 1939 during the two years 1107 cases (Kazakh 445 cases, anti-662 cases) gestational age ≥37 weeks of newborns physical development witnesses, with common law in the computer Self-compiled program developed including the length, weight, chest circumference, arm circumference of the four indicators of the relevant law evaluation form, for health care workers for reference.
