人们常说:“人才是企业中最宝贵的财富。”笔者认为只有被激发出工作热情、工作潜力的人才才是企业中最宝贵的财富。现代企业员工主要是由知识工作者构成,这些知识工作者投入到工作中的不再是体力劳动者所投入的体力、力气和技能,而是他们所掌握的概念、思想和理论。对于上述知识型员工而言,他们的生产效率主要是工作的质量,要想提高工作质量,就必须想方设法发挥员工们的主观能动
People often say: “Talent is the most valuable asset in an enterprise.” The author believes that only those people who have been inspired by work enthusiasm and work potential are the most valuable assets in the company. The employees of modern enterprises are mainly composed of knowledge workers. These knowledge workers are no longer the physical strength, strength and skills that the manual workers put into the work, but the concepts, ideas and theories they have mastered. For the above-mentioned knowledge-based employees, their production efficiency is mainly the quality of their work. If they want to improve the quality of their work, they must find ways to exert their own initiative.
