掌握右肺下叶肺炎球菌肺炎和急性阑尾炎的鉴别诊断。方法 :2 0 0 0年 5月～ 2 0 0 2年 11月收治 2例右肺下叶肺炎球菌肺炎误诊为急性阑尾炎。均为男性 ,1例 47岁 ,1例 12岁。结果 :均急行阑尾切除术 ,1例因未及时就诊 ,入院后未能及时确诊和正确治疗 ,病人死亡。 1例因得到及时确诊和相应的治疗措施 ,病人痊愈出院。结论 :认真细致结合病史、临床表现、辅助检查等有关资料进行综合分析 ,是防止右肺下叶肺炎球菌肺炎误诊为急性阑尾炎的关键。
Grasp the right lung pneumoniae pneumonia and acute appendicitis in the differential diagnosis. Methods: From May 2000 to November 2002, 2 cases of pneumococcal pneumonia in the right lower lobe were misdiagnosed as acute appendicitis. All were male, 1 was 47 years old and 1 was 12 years old. Results: All patients underwent urgent appendectomy. One patient was not treated promptly and failed to be diagnosed and correctly treated after admission. The patient died. One patient was diagnosed and the corresponding treatment was promptly discharged. Conclusion: A careful and careful combination of medical history, clinical manifestations, laboratory examinations and other relevant data for comprehensive analysis is the key to prevent misdiagnosis of pneumococcal pneumonia in the right lung as acute appendicitis.
