目的 观察国产杀虫剂大功达对印鼠客蚤的实验室毒效和现场灭效。方法 实验室用瓶膜法 ,现场用滞留喷洒法。结果 ( 1)当药物浓度为 0 .0 0 2 5 %时 ,KT50 为 3 .77( 3 .40~ 4.15 )min ;药物浓度为 0 .0 0 5 %和 0 .0 1%时 ,KT50分别为 3 .17( 2 .88~ 3 .48)min和 3 .45 ( 3 .2 5~ 3 .65 )min。 ( 2 )当药物浓度在 0 .0 0 2 5 %、0 .0 0 5 %、0 .0 1%时 ,印鼠客蚤 2 4h死亡率均为 10 0 %。 ( 3 )持效 :药膜在室温和普通湿度下存放 9个月后 ,药物浓度在 0 .0 0 2 5 %以上时 ,印鼠客蚤 2 4h死亡率均为 10 0 %。 ( 4 )现场 2d灭效 :使用 0 .0 3 %浓度对地面游离印鼠客蚤的校正灭蚤率为 80 .80 %。 ( 5 )现场残效 ( 2 9d) :使用 0 .0 3 %浓度对地面游离印鼠客蚤的校正灭蚤率为 93 .87%。结论 大功达 8%可湿性粉剂毒力强 ,现场灭效好 ,气味小 ,对人畜安全 ,可在控制家鼠鼠疫灭蚤中推广使用

(4) Field 2d off: The corrected flea flea flee rate of 80.0% against 0% of ground-free rat fleas. (5) In-scene residual effect (29d): The correct flea-killing rate of the flea on the ground-free rat was 0.03% with a concentration of 0.03%. Conclusion Dafeng 8% wettable powder has strong virulence, good on-site killing effect, small odor and is safe for humans and animals and can be widely used in the control of domestic rats and mice fleas
