以斜纹夜蛾幼虫为靶标,研究了虫酰肼对斜纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒的增效作用。结果表明,虫酰肼对斜纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒具有显著的增效作用,不仅可以提高杀虫毒力,还可提高杀虫速度。当作用于4龄斜纹夜蛾幼虫时,27.9 mg/L虫酰肼对斜纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒的增效比为2.86,使害虫因表现感染病毒症状而死亡的致死中时(LT50)缩短了12.6 d。虫酰肼和病毒协同作用还显著抑制了幼虫的生长发育,协同作用2 d后幼虫体重即显著低于病毒单剂组及对照组,且随着作用时间的延长,协同作用组幼虫体重与病毒单剂组及对照组的差异增大。通过试验还得出虫酰肼和斜纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒的共毒因子为68.24。
