目的建立紫外分光光度法测定阿奇霉素干混悬剂的含量。方法依据阿奇霉素与硫酸溶液(75→100)在pH值6.0的磷酸盐缓冲液中反应生成的络合物的光谱特征,选择482nm作为测定波长。结果阿奇霉素浓度在16～96μg/ml之间与吸收度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为99.3%(n=5),RSD为0.7%。结论本方法快速、简便,结果准确。 Objective To establish a UV spectrophotometric method for the determination of azithromycin in suspension. Methods Based on the spectral characteristics of the complex formed by the reaction of azithromycin and sulfuric acid solution (75 → 100) in phosphate buffer at pH 6.0, 482 nm was selected as the determination wavelength. Results The concentration of azithromycin showed a good linear relationship with the absorbance (r = 0.9997). The average recovery was 99.3% (n = 5) and the RSD was 0.7%. Conclusion The method is fast, simple and accurate.
