美国UTA杨大筠:中小型咨询企业面对的最大问 题是资金问题和自身的能力问题。另一个问题就 是资源。我认为他们面临着资源缺乏的最大问题 是管理咨询的知识产权缺乏和人员不稳定。再有 就是急功近利。 中小咨询企业要发展,需要团队。第二是信 息,要多跟外面的咨询公司沟通。中国的企业在 发展变化,市场也在变化,每个人的观点也要变 化。第三,就是要给自己一个清晰的定位。如果 定位得跟麦肯锡,埃森哲一样的,公司就没有长 大的可能,如果公司定位没有专长,没有行业的 特征性,也就没有长大的可能,所以,必须向专 业化,细分化来定位。中国现在最缺的是专业的 咨询公司。
