近年来,风险投资在我国得到了越来越多的关注,但由于多种原因,这种关注仍仅停留于较为肤浅的表面,尚未能对宏观经济产生实质性的影响。要使风险投资真正成为我国高新技术产业化的纽带及推动经济持续增长的动力,笔者认为,合理定位政府在风险投资中的角色至关重要。 针对我国目前的实际,关于风险投资政府宜把着力点放在以下几个方面: 一、直接出资加大种子基金投入。种子基金即处于研究开发阶段的基金。由于此阶段只有投入,没有产出,一般民间资金很难冒如此大的风险进行
