自1949年以来,多拜尔重型技术装备(DorbylHeavyEngineering)公司一直为南非采矿工业制造提升机.如表1所示,绝大多数提升机都是双滚筒提升机.在提升深度较大和所用钢丝绳直径较粗的情况下,显然需要采用多绳提升机.在提升深度大,尤其是超过2000m时,Koepe(戈塔)式提升机钢绳的应力变化排除了使用这种提升机的可能性.因此,根据经试验和检验过的众所周知的双滚简提升机的情况,提出了钢绳应力水平可发生变化的Blair多绳提升机原始概念.为利用多钢绳加大有效载重量也设计了Blait多钢绳提升机.在人员和材料提升费用随着矿体开采深度的加大而增加的情况下,南非各矿业公司进行了各种可行性研究.为此,多拜尔重型技术装备公司完成了直径达8.5m(仍在我们的制造能力范围内)的双滚筒和Blair多绳提升机的初步设计。这些可行性研究都着眼于4000m的提升深度.本文提出了南非各金矿选择单滚简、双滚筒、Koepe式和Blair多绳提升机的基本准则,也简要介绍了多拜尔制造的提升机在南非采矿工业中的应用情况及其未来的某些趋势.目前Blair多纪提升机已广泛用于深达2500m和有效载荷较大的提升中.论述了Blair提升机设计中的某些主要问题以及在不久的将来提升深度达3000~4000m时用这种提升机的推断.
Since 1949, Dorbyl HeavyEngineering has been manufacturing hoists for the South African mining industry. As shown in Table 1, the vast majority of hoists are twin drum hoists. In the case of larger lift depths and thicker wire ropes, a multiple rope hoist is obviously required. At elevated depths, especially over 2000 m, changes in the stresses of the rope of the Koepe hoist rule out the possibility of using such a hoist. Therefore, based on the well-tested and tested twin-roll hoists, the original concept of the Blair multi-rope hoist, which can vary the stress level of the rope, is presented. Blait multi-rope hoists have also been designed to increase the payload with multiple steel ropes. Various mining companies in South Africa conducted various feasibility studies as staff and material upgrade costs increased as mining depth increased. To that end, Doble Heavy Duty Equipment Company completed the preliminary design of twin drums and Blair multi-rope hoists up to a diameter of 8.5 m (still within our manufacturing capacity). These feasibility studies are focused on the depth of 4000m. This article presents the basic guidelines for selecting single roll, dual roll, Koepe and Blair multi-rope hoists for all gold mines in South Africa. It also briefly describes the application of Dobler hoists in South Africa’s mining industry and their future Some trends. Currently Blair multi-Ji elevator has been widely used in deep 2500m and greater payload lifting. Discusses some of the major issues in the design of Blair hoists and the inference of such hoists in the near future when the depth is 3000-4000m.
