QD124型起动机是一种典型的电磁控制强制啮合式起动机，应用在东风EQ1090型汽车上。分析了QD124型起动机电枢绕组的结构特点；介绍了该起动机电枢绕组断路、搭铁及短路的故障诊断方法。
QD124-type starter is a typical electromagnetic control mandatory engagement starter, used in Dongfeng EQ1090-based cars. The structural characteristics of armature windings of QD124 starter are analyzed. Fault diagnosis methods of armature winding disconnection, grounding and short circuit are introduced.
