《全民阅读“十三五”时期发展规划》的出台,对于当前处在转型升级期的出版行业是一大利好,出版社要把握住机遇。笔者认为,传统出版社要在新形势下,一是要找准定位,敢于担当,要增强服务的主动性,扮演好自身在全面阅读中的角色;二是要加大改革力度,增强活力,实现转型升级;三是打造专属品牌产品,提升核心竞争力;四是大力发展数字化平台建设,适应新需求;五是加强复合型人才队伍建设。总之,出版社只有认清形势,把握机遇,不断适时调整对策,才能最终实现出版社经济效益和社会效益的共同发展。
