目的:了解营养干预对乌兰县(6~24)个月龄婴幼儿营养状况和常见病的改善情况。方法:笔者2012年8月,在未开展儿童早期营养干预工作之前进行基层一线调查,经一年的营养干预之后,于2013年8月开展了评估调查。结果:干预前后比较,乌兰县干预后婴幼儿贫血和生长迟缓患病率下降;呼吸系统疾病和腹泻两周患病率也下降。结论:营养包可以在短期内快速提高婴幼儿膳食中的微量营养素水平,改善贫血状况、增强免疫力、减少疾病。
Objective: To understand the nutritional intervention on Wulan County (6 ~ 24) months of nutritional status of infants and infants and common diseases improvement. Methods: In August 2012, the author carried out a first-line survey on grassroots level before the early childhood nutrition intervention was carried out. After one year of nutritional intervention, an assessment survey was conducted in August 2013. Results: Before and after the intervention, the prevalence of anemia and growth retardation in infants and young children decreased after Wulan County intervention. The prevalence of respiratory diseases and diarrhea in two weeks also dropped. CONCLUSIONS: Nutritional packs can rapidly increase micronutrient levels in infants and young children in the short term, improve anemia, increase immunity and reduce disease.
