从语言起源至今,语言与思维的关系一直是语言学界探讨的核心问题之一。本文从回顾萨丕尔—沃尔夫假说入手,通过对语言功能的反思来阐述语言不单是表达和传播思维的最佳工具,还有明显的影响作用,但它不能决定思维。文章以广告语言、网络语言和文学语言为例,说明语言在社会、传媒、生活等方面的实践和对我们思维的影响。
Since the origin of language, the relationship between language and thinking has always been one of the core issues discussed by linguistics community. Starting from the review of the Sapir-Wolfe hypothesis, this article illustrates that language is not only the best tool to express and disseminate thinking through the reflection on the function of language, but also has obvious influence. However, it can not decide thinking. The article takes advertising language, internet language and literary language as examples to illustrate the practice of language in society, media and life and the impact on our thinking.
