目的:研究羽叶千里光叶的抗氧化活性部位。方法:采用DPPH.法和β-胡萝卜素/亚油酸体系分别测定羽叶千里光叶的乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和水等不同极性溶剂提取物的抗氧化活性。结果:在DPPH.清除体系中,羽叶千里光叶乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和水提取部位的半数抑制浓度分别为0.0198、0.0219、0.092 mg/m l。在β-胡萝卜素/亚油酸体系中,羽叶千里光叶的抗氧化作用强弱依次为乙酸乙酯提取部位、正丁醇提取部位和水提取部位。结论:羽叶千里光叶三个提取部位均有抗氧化活性,其中乙酸乙酯提取部位的抗氧化能力最强。
Objective: To study the antioxidant activity of Senecio striatellus leaves. Methods: The antioxidant activity of different polar solvents such as ethyl acetate, n-butanol and water were determined by DPPH method and β-carotene / linoleic acid system respectively. Results: The half-inhibitory concentrations of ethyl acetate, n-butanol and water extracts of Chrysanthemum morifolium in DPPH scavenging system were 0.0198, 0.0219 and 0.092 mg / ml, respectively. In the β-carotene / linoleic acid system, the antioxidant activity of Senecio opposita leaves was followed by ethyl acetate extract, n-butanol extract and water extract. Conclusion: The three extraction parts of Senecio opposita all have antioxidant activity, of which ethyl acetate extract has the strongest antioxidant capacity.
