一般来说,教学质量的好坏是一个学校生存和发展下去的必然要求和基础,而教学督导工作作为一个学校的内部教学质量监控系统的重要组成部分,在对于教学质量的提高和促进方面起着重要的作用。但是以我国当前的现状来看,由于高职院校的教学督导体系发展起步较晚,因此在结构、工作职能分配以及队伍建设方面还存在着很大的不足之处。这将严重影响教学督导在对于高职院校教学质量上发挥积极有效的作用。为了适应新形势下教育体制的不断改革发展以及适应高职院校教育教学发展的需要,提高教学效果,提升院校整体教学成绩。就必须正视当前在教学督导中存在的现实问题,并积极解决加以改善。本文就对于当前我国高职院校的教学督导现状进行分析,并对其给与相应的解决对策。
