In the face of new students, new situations and new characteristics, how to educate teachers about their emotions and do their ideological work are the primary problems that every educator faces. During my work as a teacher in charge, I constantly learned the lessons of failure. Summing up my successful experience, I found out that class teacher should make good use of the art of emotion education.
