目的了解2007-2010年桂林市14岁以下儿童死因构成、死因顺位、具体死因情况,为制定相应的预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法对桂林医学院附属医院死因监测点2007-2010年14岁以下儿童死亡监测资料进行统计分析。结果 2007-2010年死亡儿童数共有156人,其中男童占68.6%,女童占31.4%;感染性、母婴及营养缺乏性疾病和慢性非传染性疾病两大疾病为儿童的主要死因,占总死因的92.15%。结论应做好孕产妇系统管理、儿童保健系统管理工作,预防儿童传染病和伤害,同时加强产前诊断和遗传咨询,做好出生缺陷的筛查和预防以降低14岁以下儿童死亡的发生。
Objective To understand the cause of death and the specific cause of death of children under 14 years of age in Guilin City from 2007 to 2010 so as to provide a scientific basis for formulating appropriate preventive and control measures. Methods A statistical analysis was conducted on the monitoring data of deaths among children under 14 years of age from 2007 to 2010 at the monitoring center for the cause of death in the Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical College. Results There were 156 deaths in 2007-2010, of which 68.6% were for boys and 31.4% for girls. The two major causes of death were infectious, maternal and infant nutritional deficiencies and chronic noncommunicable diseases, accounting for 92.15% of total deaths. Conclusion Maternal system management, child health care system management should be well done to prevent childhood infectious diseases and injuries. Meanwhile, prenatal diagnosis and genetic counseling should be strengthened to screen and prevent birth defects so as to reduce the death of children under 14 years of age.
