民族院校的法学教育延续了传统教学的模式——重理论而轻实践,虽然在教育部的号召下,积极践行案例教学,但这种教学中的最大弱点仍然是学生被动接受知识,缺乏动手能力训练,而这成为制约民族地区实务人才缺口的主要因素。本文从民族院校的法学教学入手,结合民族地区的人才需求模式,探索适合民族院校法学教育的新途径。
Although the law education in ethnic colleges and universities has continued the traditional mode of teaching - emphasizing theory and practicing lightly, and despite the call of the Ministry of Education, it actively practices case teaching. However, the biggest weakness in this teaching is that students passively receive knowledge and lack Ability to practice training, and this has become the main factor restricting the gap of practical personnel in ethnic areas. This article starts with the law teaching in ethnic colleges and universities and explores new ways suitable for legal education in ethnic colleges, combining with the demand pattern of talents in ethnic minority areas.
