研究了采用蒸发法生长的新型高效紫外非线性光学晶体ZnCd(SCN) 4 (简称ZCTC)中的溶液包裹物、负晶、开裂、生长条纹、扇形界及直线管道等宏观缺陷的形成。利用光学显微镜观察和分析了这些缺陷的形态、分布规律和形成原因 ,讨论了消除或抑制ZCTC晶体中缺陷产生的措施
The formation of macroscopic defects such as solution inclusions, negative crystal, dehiscence, growth stripes, sector boundaries and straight lines in a novel high efficient UV nonlinear optical crystal ZnCd (SCN) 4 (ZCTC) grown by evaporation was studied. The morphology, distribution and formation of these defects were observed and analyzed by light microscopy. The measures to eliminate or inhibit the defects in ZCTC crystal were discussed
