党的十八大报告指出:“建设生态文明,是关系人民福祉、关乎民族未来的长远大计”。加强生态文明建设,实现人与自然和谐相处,是贯彻落实科学发展观的题中应有之义,也是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要内容。没有生态和谐,就没有人与自然和谐相处,就没有真正意义上的和谐社会。实现人与自然和谐相处,就必须注重生态文明建设。当前,基于我国生态环境建设面临的困境与挑战,构建和谐社会尤其应在推进生态文明建设的过程中进行。
The report of the 18th CPC National Congress pointed out: “Building an ecological civilization is a long-term plan that concerns the well-being of the people and the future of our nation.” To strengthen the building of ecological civilization and realize the harmony between man and nature is the proper meaning of the issue of implementing the scientific concept of development and an important part of building a harmonious socialist society. Without ecological harmony, no one will live in harmony with nature and there will be no harmonious society in the real sense. To achieve harmony between man and nature, we must pay attention to the construction of ecological civilization. At present, based on the difficulties and challenges our country’s ecological environment construction faces, building a harmonious society should be carried out in particular during the process of promoting the construction of ecological civilization.
