单克隆抗体Ki-67能检测人细胞在增殖周期表达的核抗原,其阳性率可反映细胞的增殖活性。成人T 细胞白血病(ATL)患者的临床表现差异很大,可能与白血病细胞的增殖活性有关。作者用Ki-67检测57例ATL 和6例处于白血病前期的ATL 患者外周血,以确定Ki-67对ATL 分型和预后估计的意义。结果:15例慢性ATL 和42例急性ATL 的Ki-67阳性细胞率中数分别为3.3%和18.9%(P<0.001),前者均低于7%,而后者一般在7%以上。白血病前期ATL 的Ki-67阳性细胞率最低,中数为1%.对29例死亡患者的分析表明,Ki-67阳性细胞率与生存时间呈显著负相关(P<0.001,r=—0.587)。血清乳酸脱氢酶水平也与生存时间呈负相关(0.01
Monoclonal antibody Ki-67 can detect nuclear antigen expressed in human cells in the proliferation cycle, and the positive rate can reflect the cell proliferation activity. The clinical manifestations of adult T cell leukemia (ATL) patients vary widely and may be related to the proliferation activity of leukemia cells. The authors used Ki-67 to detect the peripheral blood of 57 ATL patients and 6 pre-leukemic ATL patients to determine the significance of Ki-67 in estimating the ATL genotype and prognosis. RESULTS: The median rate of Ki-67 positive cells in 15 cases of chronic ATL and 42 cases of acute ATL was 3.3% and 18.9%, respectively (P < 0.001). The former were all lower than 7%, while the latter was generally above 7%. The pre-leukemia ATL has the lowest rate of Ki-67 positive cells, with a median of 1%. Analysis of 29 dead patients showed a significant negative correlation between the rate of Ki-67 positive cells and survival time (P < 0.001, r = -0.587). . Serum lactate dehydrogenase levels are also negatively correlated with survival time (0.01
