什么是个性化教学?要下一个精准的定义,似乎很难。但有基本的界定,那就是个性化教学是与众不同的教学,是发挥个体创造性的教学,是他人无法复制的教学。从这个意义上,可以看出个性化教学标识着教师独特的教学风格,与教师的气质、形象、智慧等人格因素紧密相联。显然,个性化教学是教师走出照本宣科等平庸式教学状态,将教育理想与见解自由融入课堂教学、充分发挥教学技巧而获得的较高层次的教学境界。此外,个性化教学不是刻意做作所能得到的,也无需在整堂课中去追求教学独特性。个性化教学是从教学的每一个环节中所自然流露出来的教学风格的展现。这正是本期文章试图阐述的道理。
What is personalized teaching? It seems difficult to define the next precise definition. However, there is a basic definition, that is, individualized teaching is a distinctive teaching. It is the teaching of individual creativity and teaching that cannot be copied by others. In this sense, it can be seen that individualized teaching identifies teachers’ unique teaching styles, which are closely linked with teachers’ temperament, image, wisdom and other personality factors. Obviously, personalized teaching is a higher level teaching realm where teachers go out of the mediocre state of teaching and learning, and integrate education ideals and insight into classroom teaching and give full play to teaching techniques. In addition, personalized teaching is not something that can be achieved with deliberate effort, nor does it require the pursuit of unique teaching in the entire class. Personalized teaching is a demonstration of the teaching style that naturally emerges from every aspect of teaching. This is the reason why this article attempts to elaborate.
