本实验用无创伤的方法,观察了实验性山羊减压病时一些心功能改变的特点。在12只发生减压病的山羊中,2/3动物当减到常压后20min和1 h时射血前期和“射血前期/射血期”比值均较加压前明显延长;心搏量、每分钟心输出量、射血分数及左室射血压力均较前降低。表明它们的心血管功能减弱。这些患减压病山羊的心电图Ⅱ、Ⅲ导联的T波电压较加压前降低;其中T波倒置和ST段较加压前水平下降0.05mv的有3例。说明它们的心电图有心肌缺血性改变。
In this experiment, we used the noninvasive method to observe some changes of cardiac function in experimental goat decompression sickness. In 12 goats with decompression sickness, the ratio of pre-ejection and pre-ejection / ejection fraction was significantly longer than that of pre-pressure in 2/3 animals at 20 and 1 h after reduction to normal pressure; Stroke volume, cardiac output per minute, ejection fraction and left ventricular ejection pressure were lower than before. Show that their cardiovascular function weakened. The T-wave voltage of lead Ⅱ and Ⅲ in these goats with decompression sickness decreased compared with those before decompression.
