以黄瓜品种“津春四号”为试验材料,用黄瓜枯萎病菌弱毒菌株(FOC-RA-5)对种子和幼苗分别进行浸种和灌根处理后测定同位叶片内单宁、阿魏酸、绿原酸、游离氨基酸含量变化,并与病情指数做相关性分析。结果表明:经弱毒菌株处理后,这四种物质含量分别于不同时期高于对照。叶片内单宁含量呈现平缓下降—升高—下降的趋势,于接种后第11d出现峰值。阿魏酸、绿原酸含量均呈现先升高后降低的趋势,并分别于接种后第7d、9d出现峰值。游离氨基酸含量呈现在一定范围内上下波动的趋势,于接种5d后、13d后呈现2个峰值。物质含量与病情指数的相关分析表明:单宁、阿魏酸、绿原酸含量与植株抗病性均为显著正相关关系,游离氨基酸含量与植株抗病性无显著相关关系。

The contents of ferulic acid and chlorogenic acid all increased first and then decreased, and peaked on the 7th and 9th day after inoculation respectively. The content of free amino acids showed a fluctuating trend within a certain range. After 5 days of inoculation, there were two peaks after 13 days. Correlation analysis between the content and disease index showed that there was a significant positive correlation between tannin, ferulic acid and chlorogenic acid content and plant disease resistance, and the content of free amino acids had no significant correlation with plant disease resistance.
