本文选择近2年来人工晶体植入术100例109眼,用角膜曲率计于术前及术后6个时期测量角膜前面中央光学区两主经线上的屈折力。结果说明术后散光度随时间推移而逐渐减少,术后1年趋于稳定;顺规散光的发生率由高降低,反规散光则由低升高。
In this paper, 100 cases of 109 cases with intraocular lens implantation in the past two years were selected. The refractive power of the two main meridians of the central optical zone in front of the cornea was measured by keratometer before and after surgery. The results showed that postoperative astigmatism decreased gradually with the passage of time, one year after the operation tends to be stable; the incidence of astigmatism decreased from high, anti-regulatory astigmatism from low to high.
