何谓高性能混凝土,业内有许多不同的解读和看法。但混凝土的施工性、设计强度的保证和耐久性是公认的三项评估高性能混凝土的技术要素。以往的观念,混凝土配合比的设计常常以强度为唯一指标,而忽视了施工性和耐久性指标。强度是重要的,必须达到。但如果施工性不好(包括混凝土和易性、粘聚性、保水性、可泵性等)就会影响混凝土的密实度,出现裂缝而影响混凝土的耐久性。根据混凝土原材料——水泥、掺合料、减水剂、水的特性,本文就设计和配制高性能混凝土时运用“二多二少”原则的实践结果与同行分享经验。
What is high performance concrete, the industry has many different interpretations and views. However, the construction of concrete, the assurance of design strength and durability are recognized as the three technical elements for evaluating high performance concrete. In the past, the design of concrete mix often used intensity as the sole indicator, while ignoring the construction and durability indicators. Strength is important and must be achieved. However, if the construction is not good (including concrete workability, cohesion, water retention, pumpability, etc.) will affect the concrete density, cracks and affect the durability of concrete. According to the characteristics of concrete raw materials - cement, admixture, water reducing agent and water, this paper shares experiences with colleagues on the practical application of the principle of “two more and two less” in the design and preparation of high performance concrete.
