立轴圆台平面磨床或卧轴圆台平面磨床,其工作台重量较重,转动惯量大。因此,工作台起动时间长,电机负荷大,甚至发生传动皮带打滑或传动齿轮强烈冲击。此外,工作台旋转环形导轨承受比压大,导轨磨损快、寿命低。为了克服上述缺点,我们设计了一种简单的机械卸荷装置(图1)。工作台径向定位采用7219型单列圆锥滚子轴承,轴承内孔与支座采用96配合,轴承内环与支座间有一调整垫片和两片叠置的碟形弹簧,碟形弹簧通过调整垫片、轴承使工作台导轨卸荷并自动消除轴承间隙。弹簧变形力的大小,可配磨调整垫片的厚度决定。
