河南省新乡市轻工机械厂厂长庄希鉴最近创造出一种新的企业管理方法——《全员激励管理法》。其主要内容可概括为:以人为本位,以目标为前题,以绩效评价为基础,以多种激励办法为手段,以三全(全员、全面、全过程)为范围,以三性(可操性、公开性、公正性)为原则,以三化(规范化、制度化、程序化)为形式,对企业全部活动实施有效管理的一种系统管理办法。
