近年来,不少企业雇用在校大学生到企业工作。但是,这方面的法律规定仍然是个空白,尤其是鲜有文章从企业的视角来分析问题,关心企业管理上的一些困难。本文首先分析了企业雇佣在校大学生这一行为的法律性质,将其分为勤工俭学、教学实习和兼职实习三种类型,并从企业的视角出发,由分析企业雇用在校大学生的法律性质分析入手,探讨企业的潜在风险和应对措施,建议企业管理者从人才梯度建设战略的高度着手,认真思考如何处理好雇佣在校大学生的问题,培养并留住是适应于企业需要的大学生。
In recent years, many companies employ college students to work in the enterprise. However, the legal provisions in this area are still blank. In particular, there are few articles that analyze the problems from the perspective of the enterprises and are concerned about some difficulties in the management of the enterprises.
