介绍了模拟点焊熔核形成过程的三维电－热有限差分模型。提出了点焊过程导电－传热之间耦合作用的数值模拟分析方法，在微机开发环境上编制了计算程序，并对数字温度文件进行了伪着色图象处理，该模型提供了一种有效的点焊过程理论分析手段。
The three-dimensional electric-thermal finite difference model for simulating the formation of nugget in spot welding is introduced. A numerical simulation method for the coupling between conduction and heat transfer in spot welding is proposed. The calculation program is programmed on the computer development environment and the pseudo-color image is processed on the digital temperature file. This model provides an effective Spot welding process theory analysis.
