一、教师观念的转变要从注重具体的生物学科知识点的严谨性、深刻性转变为进行生物教育的大教育。生物教学要面向全体学生,让每一个学生能认识多姿多彩、与人类生活息息相关的生物,并能形成持续的生物学习兴趣。角色的改变要求教师要掌握教育心理学知识,掌握一定的教育思想方法,去分析学生个体心理的变化发展过程,以引导学生心智的健康发展。教师的教学观念必须适应教育发展和教学实际的需要,以生物教学为载体培养学生积极进取、热爱生活、有社会责任感和使命感。
First, the change of teachers’ concept should be changed from focusing on the rigor and profound nature of specific biological subjects to carrying out the large-scale education of biological education. Biology teaching should be for all students so that each student can recognize colorful creatures closely related to human life and form a continuous interest in biology. The change of role requires that teachers acquire the knowledge of educational psychology, master some methods of educational thinking, and analyze the process of change and development of students ’individual psychology so as to guide students’ mental health development. Teachers’ teaching conception must adapt to the needs of educational development and teaching practice. Based on biology teaching, students should be motivated, active, socially responsible and mission-oriented.
