人才培养的规格和质量的决定性因素是人才培养的模式,作为一门应用性较强的专业的人力资源管理专业,应当以人力资源管理者在实际工作中的胜任能力作为判定依据,从而建立起系统且完善的人才培养模式。本文通过借鉴国内外著名学者的研究成果,确定了人力资源管理人员职场胜任力模型,并对人力资源管理专业的具体核心课程进行分析,明确人力资源管理专业的教学改革路径。
As the decisive factor of talent training’s quality and specification, it is a model of talent training. As a professional human resource management major with strong applicability, it should be based on the competence of human resource managers in practical work, so as to establish System and improve the personnel training mode. Based on the research results of famous scholars at home and abroad, this paper determines the job competency model of human resources management personnel, analyzes the specific core courses of human resource management, and clarifies the teaching reform path of human resources management major.
