目的了解9种常用胶饵对野外品系德国小蠊的灭效。方法在每个测试缸内投放2周龄德国小蠊成虫30只(♂、♀各半),投放一种胶饵,进行无选择性试验,观察6、12、24、48、72 h 5个时点的累积死亡数,计算累积死亡率。结果氟虫胺为原药的2种产品72 h累计死亡率分别是100.00%、98.89%(χ2=0.006,P>0.05),没有显著差异;氟虫腈为原药的2种产品72 h累计死亡率分别是98.89%、93.33%(χ2=3.72,P>0.05),没有显著差异;吡虫啉为原药的3种产品在5个时段的累计死亡率有显著差异。硼酸为原药的2种产品胶饵剂效果较差;各类胶饵剂的72 h平均累积死亡率由高到低依次是氟虫胺、氟虫腈、吡虫啉、硼酸。结论有机氟制剂(包括氟虫腈、氟虫胺)和吡虫啉制剂的速效灭蟑效果较好。
Objective To understand the efficacy of 9 commonly used gel bait on wild German cockroach. Methods Thirty (2) adult Blattella germanica, two weeks old, were drowned in each test cylinder and placed in a plastic bag. The rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: 6,12,24,48,72 h The cumulative number of deaths at a time, calculate the cumulative mortality. Results The cumulative 72 h cumulative mortality rates of the two products with sulfluramid as raw drug were 100.00% and 98.89%, respectively (χ2 = 0.006, P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two products. Mortality rates were 98.89% and 93.33% respectively (χ2 = 3.72, P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the cumulative mortality rates among the three products with imidacloprid as the original drug in five time periods. Boric acid as the original drug two kinds of products plastic bait less effective; all kinds of plastic bait 72h average cumulative mortality from high to low in the order of seluomycin, fipronil, imidacloprid, boric acid. Conclusion The fast-acting cockroaches of organofluorine preparations (including fipronil and schorflora) and imidacloprid preparations are effective.
