甲硝唑人工牛黄复方具有消除口腔厌氧菌感染、清热解毒和消除牙龈肿痛功效。以体外黏附力、黏附时间和释放率为指标,采用单因素试验筛选了复方甲硝唑人工牛黄口腔贴片中填充剂、生物黏附剂的种类和用量。结果表明,优化处方中宜采用直压乳糖为填充剂,卡波姆934和羟丙甲纤维素(HPMC K4M)1∶5的混合物为生物黏附剂,且用量为35%,采用粉末直压法制备。该优化口腔贴片的体外黏附力为(83.80±0.56)g/cm~2,能黏附6 h,4 h累积释放率达到95.64%。
Metronidazole artificial bezoar compound to eliminate oral anaerobic infections, detoxification and elimination of swollen gums effect. In vitro adhesion, adhesion time and release rate as an index, single factor test was used to screen the types and dosage of filler and bioadhesive in compound metronidazole artificial bezoar oral patch. The results showed that direct pressure lactose should be used as the filler and the mixture of carbomer 934 and hypromellose (HPMC K4M) 1: 5 should be bioadhesive and the dosage should be 35% preparation. In vitro adhesion of the optimized oral patch was (83.80 ± 0.56) g / cm ~ 2, which could adhere for 6 h, and the cumulative release rate reached 95.64% after 4 h.
