策划人语众所周知,口算是一切笔算、简算和估算的基础,课程标准强调“要重视口算”。而实际情况是,很多人认为口算就是简单的口头计算,只是一种单一的运算技能,没有多大的思维含量,因此长期以来使得口算处于“集体轻视”状态。本期这组文章,从一项一年级初入学儿童的加减法基本口算现状的调查谈起,进而引发我们深入思考:课程改革后学生的口算能力为什么下降?当前的口算教学到底出了什么问题?怎样采取有效策略提高口算教学的效益并影显其核心价值?
