营养是人体赖以生存的物质基础,合理营养对促进生长发育,提高身体机能,增进健康,增 强免疫力,预防疾病,延长寿命都具有重要作用。体育运动时,可引起体内的物质的能量代谢过程加强,分 解和消耗增加,酸性物质在体内堆积等一系列变化。运动员的合理营养有助于稳定体内环境,调节各器官功 能,促进代谢顺利进行,从而也有助于运动能力的提高。
