超过百人的超级大班、佩戴着扩音设备上课的任课教师、超负荷运转的老师们疲惫的身影、因教师不够而无法排课的校长焦虑和无奈的神情……9月1日前后,记者在农村中小学采访,不管是条件较好的示范学校,还是设施较差的村小、教学点,见到的多是这类场景。不同的方言表达着相同的意思——农村中小学不仅需要钱,更需要人。《农村中小学遭遇教师缺编之困》披露了当前教师缺编的现状,引人深思。
