教育部、共青团、各高校都非常重视大学生就业能力的提高,广东工贸职业技术学院坚持专业教育与非专业教育共同结合促进大学生的职业素质培养。本文以广东工贸职业技术学院市场营销专业学生为例,首先分析大学毕业生普遍存在的三点非专业就业能力弱点(基本就业工作技能薄弱,实践能力不足,职场精神欠缺),其次分析学校社团活动对市场营销专业学生就业能力的三方面影响(社团活动内容获取职业技能,社团精神锻炼积极正向思维,社团工作经验锻炼职场精神),通过实践案例支撑对学校的素质教育方法进行有效探究。
The Ministry of Education, the Communist Youth League and all colleges and universities attach great importance to the improvement of the employability of undergraduates. The Guangdong Polytechnic Institute of Industry and Trade insists on the combination of professional education and non-specialized education and promotes the cultivation of the professional qualifications of undergraduates. This article takes the marketing major of Guangdong Polytechnic as an example. First of all, it analyzes three common non-professional employability weaknesses (basic employment skills are weak, lack of practical ability and lack of professionalism), and then analyzes the school community (The contents of community activities gain vocational skills, positive and positive thinking of community spirit training, community work experience and training of the spirit of the workplace), through practical cases to support the effective exploration of the school’s quality education methods.
