为了解决我局承担的援毛友谊港建设工程中存在的技术问题,经贸部、交通部两部组织了工作组,除前赴现场外并赴非洲贝宁人民共和国科托努港进行了考察。该两港都属于平直的沙质海岸,他们的经验和教训可提供我们今后进行类似工程(例如正在筹备的冀东王滩港)的参考,故特刊出,公诸同好。经贸、交通两部工作组的成员是: 李彻(交通部第一航务工程局原付局长兼第一航务工程勘察设计院院长,高级工程师、工作组付组长) 杨学堃(交通部第一航务工程局付总工程师、高级工程师) 李宝森(对外经贸部经济师) 韩乐陶(交通部援外办公室高级工程师) 郑学良(交通部第一航务工程勘察设计院工程师) 丁本信(交通部第一航务工程局对外业务处付处长、工程师) 工作组组长马江达同志因故未参加。本报告由郑学良工程师执笔。
In order to solve the technical problems existing in the project of building a friendship port supported by our bureau, the two departments of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Trade and the Ministry of Communications organized a working group to go to the Cotonou port in Benin, Benin, Africa. Both of these two ports belong to the flat sandy coast. Their experience and lessons can give us a reference for similar projects in the future (for example, Wang Dong Port, which is being prepared).
