新课改是我国全面推动素质教育的重要措施,新课改对于教学的目的、内容、实施方式等均提出了全新的要求,核心是注重学生能力的培养,将课堂还给学生。而小学生的数学计算能力是贯穿小学数学的重要素质,在新课改的背景下,数学计算教学也有着一定的改变,但是由于对新课改解读的不准确以及实施方式的影响,当前数学计算能力的培养还存在着一定的问题,为此我们将讨论小学数学计算能力正确的培养方法。
