ChE 和AChE 的编码基因在多种生殖、胚胎和肿瘤细胞中均有短暂的表达,在白血病和血小板疾病中均有扩增现象,并且在卵巢癌组织常出现上述两种基因的协同扩增。ChE 和AChE 基因的扩增与毒物靶蛋白质编码基因的扩增有相似性。当接触有机磷毒剂时,胆碱酯酶基因扩增可给细胞提供选择有利性。又由于胆碱酯酶在多种细胞的发生过程中起到重要作用,相应基因的扩增和过度表达会影响生育能力,并和肿瘤的发展有关,在生态学和临床上也有其一定意义。
The coding genes of ChE and AChE are transiently expressed in a variety of reproductive, embryonic and tumor cells, and are amplified in both leukemia and platelet diseases, and co-amplification of these two genes is common in ovarian cancer tissues. The amplification of ChE and AChE genes is similar to the amplification of the gene encoding the target protein of the poison. When exposed to organophosphorus agents, amplification of the cholinesterase gene can provide cells with a favorable selection. Since cholinesterase plays an important role in the development of many kinds of cells, amplification and overexpression of corresponding genes will affect fertility, and it is related to the development of tumors. It also has some significance in ecology and in clinic.
