Anomalous origin of left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery (ALCAPA) is a rare congenital cardiac malformation.Here we report a case of ALCAPA with atrial septal defect (ASD) initially visualized by transthoracic echocardiography,subsequently confirmed by the coronary angiography.
