提出一种基于规则的PID参数自整定的方法。此法利用了专家系统的思想,以扩充临界此例度法为基础,将有关PID参数整定的经验知识总结为具有启发性的产生式规则,建立起PID参数自整定规则库,并通过使用正向推理最终完成参数的闭环自整定。 推理与知识相分离的方法,为系统的完善提供了便利途径;通过实验响应曲线可以看出该法能达到预期的整定效果。还对知识库、推理机进行了讨论。
A rule-based PID parameter self-tuning method is proposed. This method makes use of the idea of expert system. Based on this method of extending criticality, this method sums up the empirical knowledge of tuning PID parameters as a heuristic production rule and establishes a library of PID parameter self-tuning rules. By using positive Final reasoning to the reasoning of the parameters of the closed-loop self-tuning. The method of separating the reasoning from the knowledge provides a convenient way for the improvement of the system. It can be seen from the experimental response curve that the method can achieve the expected setting effect. Also on the knowledge base, reasoning machine were discussed.
