头孢唑啉钠是一种半合成广谱抗生素。该药是通过干扰细繭细胞壁合成,加速细胞壁破裂而起到杀菌作用的,具有高效、低毒、过敏反应少等优点。由于药物分子本身的性质,以及制剂的理化性能,使用过程中常发现一些问题,应引起我们的注意,以避免造成药物的浪费或影响疗效。一、灭菌注射用水为最佳溶剂临床用于头孢唑啉钠的溶剂有灭菌注射用水或生理盐水,用量为2~3ml,我院用3ml,也有用等渗葡萄糖注射液作为溶剂的。近几年来,在临床应用中曾发现头孢唑啉钠0.5g用3ml生理盐水溶解后,放置一段时间(约30分钟),药液即出现肉眼可见的混浊或析出结晶物质。曾有一例患者每日需用头孢唑
